$29.12 - $64.27 hourly  

Job Summary

Under the supervision of the Investigations Lieutenant and working with the Detective Sergeant, operate and maintain computer applications and perform statistical research relating to crime pattern detection, suspect-crime correlation, target-suspect data, and crime forecasts. Major duties include research and analysis; compilation and editing of documents; and dissemination of information relevant to actual and anticipated criminal activity to increase the effectiveness of:
- patrol deployment
- crime prevention
- apprehension of suspects
Other duties include: preparation of varied reports and articles; provision of related information to the campus community.
